How to print on Milk Tea Cups using i-Transfer Multi-function Roller Machine and Plastic Coating?
Featured Items:
1. i-Transfer Multi-Function Roller
2. i-Transfer Hard Surface Paper (Matte)
3. Plastic Coating
4. Transparent Silicone Pad
5. Teflon Sheet
*Recommended hard surface paper to use is Matte
1. Print your design (mirrored) on your laser printer.
2. Cut your design.
3. Set Roller Machine to 150°C
4. Apply plastic coating on part where you want to transfer the design.
5. Use a transparent silicone pad so that your cup won’t have marks from the roller machine.
6. Press it for 3 to 5 pass/rolls.
7. For print durability and matte finish, repress it with Teflon sheet along with the pad for 2 to 3 pass/rolls.
*Tips: To remove dust from plastic cup, use a cloth with alcohol then wipe the cup.
You can also use a baking paper as an alternative pad, use a two sheet.
