The EP brings together four characterful miniatures that showcase different facets of the cello. From Soltani’s own composition inspired by Paganini’s virtuosic 24th Caprice, to the lyrical elegance of Carlo Alfredo Piatti, the emotional intensity of Shostakovich in this video, and the baroque energy of Jean-Baptiste Barrière, the project unfolds as a compact yet richly varied musical panorama.
