Justin Carter was lucky enough to draw a great limited-entry Utah archery elk tag. He spent a long summer scouting and building a list of bulls he wanted to chase. After nearly a month of stalks, long days in the blind, and several close calls, Justin finally made it happen on an incredible bull.
