Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, marked 25 years on from the passing of one of the true greats of motorcycle road racing, Joey Dunlop MBE OBE. "Yer Maun" wasn't just a phenomenal road racer, but he was also a down-to-earth, charitable, humble hero, who captured the hearts and minds of road racing fans all around the world.
It was on the Isle of Man where Joey thrived and in a TT career that started in 1976, with his first win in the 1977 Jubilee Classic Race, Joey racked up 26 wins in total around the famous TT mountain course, with a final victory in 2000 Ultra Lightweight (125cc) Race, the same year that he tragically lost his life in a race in Estonia.
On the Isle of Man on July 2nd, 2025, fans took part in a tribute parade lap around the TT course to pay their respects to the great Joey Dunlop. This video is our tribute to "Yer Maun".
