The Back Hump Remover
In many cases, a back hump is the result of years of sitting, looking down at screens, and losing strength through the back and core.
The good news? Your posture can improve at any age because your body shapes the way you move it.
Trainer Ryan Shanahan demonstrates a simple isometric strength-and-stretch exercise to help reshape posture, strengthen the back and core, and reduce the appearance of a back hump—like a Renaissance sculptor restoring a masterpiece.
Simple. Effective. Great for all fitness levels.
