Description
If a thought leads you into fear, worry, or confusion or steals your peace, don't entertain it. Bring it before the Lord and replace it with the truth of His Word.
God desires for His peace to guard your heart and mind, but that means you must be intentional about what you allow to remain in your thinking. The more you dwell on God's promises, the more His peace becomes the atmosphere of your life.
It's also important to be mindful of the voices you allow to influence you. Surround yourself with people who encourage your faith, point you to God's Word, and strengthen your walk with Him.
