Should Justin Trudeau be charged with inciting hatred, and extortion?

The Criminal code defines extortion as follows:
Extortion

346 (1) Every one commits extortion who, without reasonable justification or excuse and with intent to obtain anything, by threats, accusations, menaces or violence induces or attempts to induce any person, whether or not he is the person threatened, accused or menaced or to whom violence is shown, to do anything or cause anything to be done.

The Honourable David Lametti
Minister of Justice and
Attorney General of Canada

House of Commons Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0A6 David.Lametti@parl.gc.ca

I, [YOUR NAME HERE], being a citizen and resident of Canada hereby state:

That on/or about December 29, 2021 Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, stated on a public television broadcast in Quebec, that those who have not been vaccinated are very often “Misogynists and Racists”, he then stated that “They don’t believe in science/progress”. Finally, Mr. Trudeau went on to make the statement “This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people? “And “that they take up some space.” As a citizen of Canada who resides in the Province of British Columbia, and who is identifiable when proof of vaccine is demanded or when I may participate in lawful, peaceful gatherings; these comments have given me cause to FEAR FOR MY SAFETY, To be AFRAID TO GO OUT IN PUBLIC, have left me FEARFUL OF REPRISAL, and FEARFUL THAT I MAY BE SUBJECT TO VIOLENCE. These egregious statements were made by the Right Honourable Mr. Trudeau for the purpose of promoting hatred and violence against an identifiable group of which I am a part, specifically; individuals who have not received any or all Covid-19 Vaccination doses. Related to the purpose of promoting violence and hatred, Mr Trudeau made these statements on Quebec’s public television broadcast – knowing it would be seen across the country as a threat to intimidate and coerce and extort compliance of the unwilling with an unwanted and experimental medical treatment.

Like most other adults, I recognize Mr Trudeau’s intention to promote hatred and violence against an identifiable group, and his related intent to extort through that created threat and fear, the coerced cooperation of members of that identifiable group. Namely, those Canadian citizens who have exercised the right to refuse an unwanted medical intervention.

I am asking that charges, pursuant to The Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) Public incitement of hatred s. 319(1) and 319(2), as well as Extortion s. 346 (1) be laid and proceeded upon immediately.
