I wrote a public health research paper on creatine for Christians. You can check it out on Substack (link in bio - https://substack.com/@biblehealth)
We keep getting asked about creatine, because clearly this conversation isn’t going away…
Here are the facts…
Not the gym hype.
Not the influencer trend.
Not what “everyone says.”
But what it actually is.
Creatine is one of the most studied supplements in history.
It’s also 100% synthetic.
Manufactured in a lab.
Marketed as harmless.
And now being promoted to teenagers, middle aged moms, and geriatric patients as if it’s just another vitamin.
That should at least make us pause & pray for guidance…
Yes, short term studies show benefits.
Yes, it can increase muscle strength.
Yes, it may help cognitive performance.
But long term, multi-decade human data does not exist.
And most Christians never stop to ask where it comes from or how it is made.
Discernment is not fear.
Asking questions is not extremism.
And stewardship is not legalism.
Before we normalize something for Christian families, we should understand it.
That is the point.
If you disagree, that is okay.
Let’s have a real conversation.
Iron sharpens iron.
Just keep it respectful. We are all learning. 👊
We're praying for you. 🙏
