From walking through the fields during peak jasmine season, to watching the extraction process in real time, to sitting down with Chanel’s house perfumer, Olivier Polge, this was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I'm so excited to share what I learned about the artistry, science, and history that go into creating Chanel’s signature scents, including their dedication to preserving traditional fragrance making methods more than a century later.
