Description
The bottom line? Rain showers continue to move into the region Friday afternoon with an elevated flash flood risk across portions of southwest Utah. We'll see isolated showers on Halloween though we'll get a brief break just in time for trick-or-treating. A surge of moisture moves in Sunday with Flood Watches in effect for southern and central Utah until Monday morning, with widespread rain showers likely.
