While sitting at my desk looking around at my office, I wondered, if prisoners can get into great shape from a small area, why can't I from inside my office. For 30 days I used my lunch break to work out in my office to see how good of shape I could get in after 30 days. These are the exercises I did and the results I got!
I worked out on Monday-Friday and used the weekends as a recovery period.
Everyday I got in 100 reps for a push, pull and leg exercise. My daily routine looked like the following:
50 Pushups
50 Dips
50 Banded Lat Pull Downs
50 Rows
50 Body Weight Squats
50 Lunges
Over the course of 30 days my weight drops by a bit over 6 pounds and I noticed massive improvements in my strengthen.
