I built a brand new steel clip-on seat for a VOI rental scooter. No permanent modifications. No drilling. Just clip on and go!
But after building it… I had to test it properly. So I took it down a major staircase in front of a crowd of kids. I ended up flying right off the stairs and nailing a perfect landing while everyone was watching!
Here’s how I built it — and what happened on those stairs!
🛠️ BUILD TIPS:
Start with a wooden prototype before cutting steel. It saves a lot of time and lets you get the angles right before committing to metal.
The seat fits right in a backpack, so you can take it anywhere and clip it onto any rental scooter when you need it.
