Description:
I'm finally back with another full cargo-bike build! This model, called the "Vandelay CCX" focuses entirely on compactness without losing everyday usability. Part 1 covers the design phase, key geometry decisions, and the full fabrication of the main frame and steering system. You’ll see the CAD concept, the modification of a donor frame, aluminum frame welding, and the construction of a simple low maintenance rod steering system. Part 2 will cover the folding basket, remaining frame details, and final assembly.
