Description
Up until now, I have crafted most of my hand planes with a cutting angle of 47 to 50 degrees.
I did this to make working with particularly hard woods—even the most challenging ones—just a little bit easier.
However, I believe that for softwoods, a plane with an angle exceeding 45 degrees is essentially unnecessary.
That is why I created this one.
