You can still train hard, lift, ride, run, do jiu-jitsu, hike, compete, and push yourself — but ignoring recovery gets harder to get away with.

In this video, I share why I added home hyperbaric oxygen therapy to my recovery routine at 54, how I’m thinking about it as part of a bigger recovery stack, and why I believe staying active later in life requires a more intentional approach.
