9 suitcases, a broken TSA line, an Airbnb that smelled like a diaper genie, and an AI-powered punishment wheel that decides everything we do — Day 1 of our VidCon trip was a lot. VidCon is one of the biggest creator and YouTuber conventions in the world, and this year we used AI to run our entire schedule, our challenges, and even our punishments the whole time we were there.
