Let me give you an insight into how modern media and the fake news machine works.
Dan Hodges and Giles Dilnot (can't tell them apart most days), have been spreading the (false) rumour that I am going to take over as Nigel Farage's Chief of Staff.
So Hodges's colleague Christian Calgie reaches out to me to ask, whereupon I say no (I'm returning to the U.S. for the mid terms).
Then Calgie gives my response to Hodges (fair enough I guess???), but then Hodges FALSELY claims it's a statement from Reform HQ, instead of a simple reply from me, in an attempt to make me look bad.
This is the kind of juvenile Westminster bullshit you have to deal with to work even anywhere close to politics. And people wonder why this industry fails to attract any real talent anymore.
