Ingredients
2 large peaches cubbed with skin on
200 g unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ cups of flour
Pinch of salt
Zest of one lemon
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs tubinado sugar (optional)
I like adding a few blueberries on top
Bake at 350° 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)
