How we're building this new bridge (Ōtaki to North of Levin: Te Pae o Tararua project)

Description

Building a new bridge is a bit like baking a cake. But the batter we're working with is dirt.

As part of the Ōtaki to north of Levin: Te Pae o Tararua project in Horowhenua and Kāpiti, we're using this innovative technique for a new bridge over South Manakau Road and the Manakau Stream.

This bridge is part of a new 24-kilometre Road of National Significance that'll massively improve safety and make travel more efficient from Taylors Road in Ōtaki to just north of Levin.
