Capital One makes it easy to use Zelle directly inside the app once your account is enrolled. In this video, I walk through how to find the Zelle section, choose the phone number or email associated with your account, complete verification, and handle the process if your Zelle information is already connected to another bank.
I also show you how to add recipients manually or through your phone contacts, use a Zelle QR code, verify the recipient's enrolled name, enter a payment amount, and review everything before sending.
