Watco Butcher Block Oil + Finish is a food-safe, easy-to-apply solution that adds long-lasting protection to wooden surfaces.
Before applying Watco Butcher Block Oil +, Finish, sand the wood in the direction of the grain and then wipe it clean. Use a brush or a clean, lint-free cloth to apply the oil to the wood. Let the oil penetrate for 20 minutes, and then wipe off the excess. Let the surface dry for 6 hours before lightly scuff-sanding it and applying a second coat of oil. After removing excess oil the second time, allow the wood to dry for 72 hours before using it.
