Monster Mixer scans the creatures currently available during your dive, lets you choose exactly which monster you want, and spawns it directly in front of you.

You can do that too.
To use Monster Mixer, enter a dive and press Refresh List. Choose a monster from the detected roster, look where you want it to appear, and press Spawn Monster.
The selected creature appears directly in front of you at the location you're looking toward.
