Tutorial on how to remove a steel stake from the ground. Use a pipe wrench or an adjustable end wrench to rotate the stake which loosens the soil around it. The stake then lifts out much more easily.
Stakes are typically very hard to pull out because of the surface friction, the deeper they are and the more dense the ground the harder it is. This works way better than beating on the sides of the stake with a hammer or rocking it back and forth. #diy
