THAI ICED TEA RECIPE:
1 cup of tea leaves makes 2 liters of tea.
That's over half a gallon.
1. Boil 2 liters of water.
2. Add 2 cups of sugar.
3. Put 1 cup tea leaves into the cotton filter.
4. Turn off the heat.
5. Put the filter bag in the water.
6. Let it brew and cool for about 2 hours.
7. Twist and squeeze out the filter. (Show it is strong.)
8. Fill the pitcher with tea. (Add more water if needed.)
Serve in a glass filled with ice.
