serve it with tofu, green onions and a bowl of steamed rice — or add okra or brinjal for an even more authentic twist!
to make this for 3-4pax, all you need is:
1 can of tuna flakes in oil
400g sour kimchi
3 tbsp kimchi brine
500ml water
1 tomato
1 tbsp asam pedas paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 block anchovy bouillon
1 block of firm tofu, cut into flat squares
½ stalk green onion, chopped
½ yellow onion, sliced into thin strips
