How to delicious fish cakes with Tarta style sauce recipe.
In this video I demonstrate how to make tasty fish cakes with a home-made tarta style sauce, some gets added to the fish cake mixture and the rest can be served up with the fish cakes.
I used a mixture of smoked haddock and cod but you could do the same recipe with salmon or any fish you fancy. At the beginning of the recipe I show you all the ingredients and throughout the video you will see simple step-by-step instruction and finally at the end you will see the taste test.
