How to fuse two colors of 550 paracord with a flat, hidden seam.
Materials: 550 paracord in 2 colors, scissors, lighter, side-release buckle.
Pull ½" of inner strands from each cord and trim them. Melt both hollow ends, press them together, and roll the seam before it cools. Set the fuse off-center on the buckle so the weave hides it.
