How to fix entering a seemingly invalid gift code for an app through the Meta Quest app store. The REDEEM GIFT button in the E-Mail you received from Meta does not function. You cannot properly enter the gift code on the Meta Horizon mobile app, nor through the Meta or Oculus websites (code is either too short or too long, or the hyphens move and change position). The simple way to work around this problem is to go to meta.com/experiences , log in using your Meta Quest account, then navigate to the product page of the gift you have received, and in the upper-right of the product page, click on MORE followed by REDEEM GIFT. You will then be prompted to enter the 25-digit code from Meta Horizon Store to redeem your gift (which can then be copied and pasted from the E-Mail you received regarding your gift).
