How do you install bucket seats into a BMW E36 Track build, or a Race Car in general? Well in this video we show you how we did it in our E36 and what you need. Whichever car you want to put bucket seats in, the process will be roughly the same. You need a floor mount that bolts to your car. Either that floor mount allows you to directly hard mount your seat to it, or you put sliders on it (like we did). Last but not least you mount the bucket seats to that. Luckily we had some threaded holes in the side of our seats meaning we could attach the stock seatbelts to the seat (it is mandatory in Belgium to keep the stock seatbelts).
