This dotting tutorial is based on the colorful designs of Rangoli Sand-Art of India. This amazing, traditional art is made using handfuls of colored chalk, colored rice, or colored sand and then dragging them into symmetrical designs. This design will be a little tough for beginners, but with practice everyone can do it! All tools and paints are listed below.
