I’ve been seeing floral-covered denim everywhere lately and I knew I had to try my own version. Using a couple pairs of thrifted jeans, a yard of quilting cotton and a whole lot of hand sewing, I turned a simple pair of jeans into something totally one-of-a-kind.
In this step-by-step tutorial, I'll show you how I brought this statement piece to life. I’ll walk you through how I deconstructed the jeans, made and assembled the petals and stitched everything together by hand (yes…every single flower!). Whether you want to go all out or try a simpler version, I’ve got tips to help you make it your own. This project is beginner-friendly but takes time.
