In this episode, we show how Germany’s dual vocational training system works. To do this, we meet three young people from abroad in Nuremberg: Agnesa from Kosovo wants to start vocational training as a machine and plant operator, Amina from Kyrgyzstan is training to become a hotel management professional, and Vladyslav from Ukraine has just completed his training as an electronics technician. We visit various companies and a vocational school to learn how classroom learning and practical experience are combined, what role German language skills play, and how to find a vocational training position in Germany.
