Cucumber Face Toner Recipes You Can Make at Home
Cucumber gives a cooling and refreshing effect to the skin, and can serve as a good facial toner.
Cucumber Toner Recipe
Cut 1 cucumber in a half and peel it, then add it in a high speed blender to blend with a little water.
Sieve the blended cucumber into a bowl so that you have only a juice.
Add into the same bowl 3 tablespoons of witch hazel (or Aloe Vera gel) and 2 tablespoons of distilled water.
Whisk the ingredients, and transfer them into a fine mist spray bottle with the help of a small funnel.
To use, spray it on your clean face and neck before applying the moisturizer.
This cucumber toner can also be used to relieve sunburn, or to cool yourself down during hot summer.
If you want to add some nice scent to it, mix in 5 drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil.

Because it's natural, easy to make, and quite beneficial for your skin: cool, tones and hydrates the skin, makes it soft, supple and firm.
Tomato Cucumber Toner
Make chunks from 1 cucumber and 1 tomato (use fresh and ripe vegetables for this recipe).
Blend them to make a smooth paste, and apply it onto your face and neck with your fingertips.
Rinse off after 5 minutes, and pat dry with a clean and soft towel.
Store the toner in the fridge for around a week, and use it daily or every other day.
