THE RANI is one of the Time Lords who ran, a brilliantly intelligent scientific mind who became the second most wanted criminal in the universe second only to the Master. Experimenting with creatures, their biology and galactic evolution whatever the cost with no remorse or pity.
The Rani has two incarnations that we know of and travelled in her own TARDIS and encountered many incarnations of the Doctor and the Master too.
So let's dive into the History of the Rani from the early days of Gallifrey to her evil experiments through time and space.
