Description
Premier Tech has designed the fully enclosed CHRONOS VPF 5000 Series robotic valve bag filling system engineered for demanding nutrition and industrial environments. This system features two FANUC CRX-10iA/L robots designed to ensure consistent accuracy, and deliver clean, dust free operation.
The application integrates two FANUC collaborative robots that automatically pick, orient, and place valve bags onto the filling spouts with high repeatability. Once positioned by the robots, product is dispensed through up to four filling spouts, using precision air packing technology, achieving a filling accuracy of plus or minus 1 ounce at 2 sigma.
Ultrasonic on spout sealing completes the process, delivering consistent bag closure while containing the dust within the fully enclosed system. The VPF 5000 handles powders, granules, flakes, and pellets at rates of up to 16 bags per minute, making it well suited for high volume production.
