I've been reading y'all comments and I am terribly sorry for not replying them.
The video editor I am using is Cute Cut Pro. Some of you are still confuse. You need to 'Hold' all the way of the effect number 10. Which is the waving. Remember, the hair must be not the same color with the background of it. The background should be plain colors. After that.
Any video editor will do. (ex; Kinemasyer, Power director, Cute cut pro etc)
But I mostly use Cute cut pro
Insert the video of the waving hair you just exported. Then, put the character with a transparent background.
Now, for you to have a real background.
You can use kinemaster and Power director.
Insert the background you want and layer the video. You need to find the Chroma key of they layer video. Now, get the color of the plain background and the color itself will Bam~ disappear~
Now, I've been seeing some comments that the app "Mago Video" is not working. Well, I kinda suggest for you to see what's wrong with it because unitl now I still have Mago Video and it's still working ❤
