When a young street hustler, a retired bank robber, and a dangerous psychopath find themselves in conflict with some of the most feared and deranged figures in the criminal underworld, the US government, and the entertainment industry, they must undertake a series of risky heists to survive in a ruthless city where they can trust no one – least of all each other.
Grand Theft Auto V for PC lets players explore the iconic worlds of Los Santos and Blaine County in 4K and beyond at 60 frames per second.
The game offers a wealth of PC-specific settings, including over 25 individual settings for texture quality, shaders, tessellation, anti-aliasing, and more, as well as support and customization for keyboard and mouse controls. Additional features include a city population slider for controlling the density of traffic and pedestrians, dual and triple monitor support, 3D support, and plug-and-play functionality for gamepads.
Grand Theft Auto V for PC also includes Grand Theft Auto Online with support for up to 30 players and two spectators. Grand Theft Auto Online for PC includes all previously released gameplay improvements and Rockstar-created content, including the recently released Heists update and Adversary Mode, available from day one.
The PC version of Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online introduces a first-person mode that lets you explore the incredibly authentic worlds of Los Santos and Blaine County even more closely.
For the first time ever, Grand Theft Auto V for PC introduces the Rockstar Editor, a powerful suite of creative tools that makes it easy to quickly and easily record, edit, and share videos shot in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. The Rockstar Editor’s Director Mode allows players to create their own scenes featuring iconic Story Mode characters, pedestrians, and even animals. In addition to advanced camera controls, editing modes including fast and slow motion, and a range of camera filters, players can add music from the GTA V radio station library and dynamically change the intensity of the game's music. Completed videos can be easily uploaded directly from the Rockstar Editor to YouTube or Rockstar Games Social Club.
The game's soundtrack creators, The Alchemist and Oh No, return as hosts of a new radio station called The Lab FM, which features new and exclusive music from the creators, inspired by the game's original soundtrack. Guests include Earl Sweatshirt, Freddie Gibbs, Little Dragon, Killer Mike, Sam Herring from Future Islands, and more. Players can also explore Los Santos and Blaine County to their own music, thanks to the new Self Radio station, which plays player-created soundtracks.
