Description
What does the Bible mean when it says Elijah was taken into heaven? Will the five months of darkness in Revelation mean the entire world has already died? And does the Old Testament teach that the Messiah will come twice?
In this episode of Good Questions, Real Answers, Kimberley and Monte Judah tackle three important questions about biblical prophecy and the return of Yeshua.
Topics include:
- Elijah and the heavens: What does the Hebrew word shamayim mean, and could the clouds represent a transition between dimensions?
- The five months of darkness: How can humanity survive the darkness described in Revelation, and what does this judgment teach us about God's protection and provision?
- The second coming: Does Scripture describe two separate comings of the Messiah, or one great coming that includes the resurrection, the Day of the Lord, and the establishment of His Kingdom?
Monte also discusses the importance of understanding end-time prophecy before difficult days arrive. Just as God delivered Israel from Egypt and led them through the wilderness, believers must learn to trust His promises even when circumstances become frightening.
Prophecy is not simply information about the future. It is preparation for faithfulness.
