Description
Hey friends! Come hang out with me as I set up for my 8-week reset. After years of trying to change everything at once, I’m choosing a more realistic approach: build habits I can keep showing up for, even when a day isn’t perfect.
Anything that makes keeping the house clean a little easier is a win for me 🙌✨ The Qrevo 2 Pro from @roborockglobal has been such a handy addition to my cleaning routine!

In this video, I’m making my 56-day sticky-note wall, setting up my habit tracker, spending time in my Bible, sharing a grocery haul, getting my steps and strength workout in, making dinner, and prepping overnight oats for the mornings ahead. My goals include continuing my 10,000 daily steps, drinking more water, tracking my food and protein, and strength training three times a week. The goal is to keep going—not start over every time life happens.
