Wanna see your lower abs? Regular resistance training with targeted ab work 2 or 3 times a week will build them and improve muscle separation, but remember: spot reduction is a myth. Ab exercises don't burn belly fat. You reveal abs through consistent calorie control and full-body resistance training.

The blueprint? Whole foods, lean protein, tons of fiber, healthy fats, smart carbs and good hydration. while simultaneously limiting fried, processed and sugary foods, sodas, refined carbs and alcohol. Nutrition is the foundation. You can hammer your core in the gym, but if body fat is high, your work stays hidden.

Pair disciplined eating with regular strength training, and the results will follow.
