Senator-Judge Erwin Tulfo, during the impeachment trial on Monday, July 20, called on his fellow senator-judges not to use the impeachment court to defend themselves against issues and cases being linked to them.
Tulfo stressed that the impeachment court should be used solely to try the case against Vice President Sara Duterte and to allow her to defend herself, not as a venue for his colleagues to defend themselves.
