Filming this video was a lot harder said than done. Its crazy to me how different I see myself when I look in the mirror versus when I record myself. I see all my flaws when it comes to recording. I get 100 times more insecure about everything. I know I'm going to make the changes I need for myself to be happy and healthy which is why I don't want to take back what I said in documenting my weight loss. if anything this holds me more accountable to want to prove myself to everyone. I don't want to hold my worth based on my weight and how negatively I see myself. This is a struggle for me as I know it is probably a struggle for so many people out there. I am here, and I understand. I hope you all can find kind words to say if not to me then someone else today. Words hold power.
