Description
Spontanously voiced over a song - here is the story:
In an old coffeehouse, tucked away at a little corner table, you get front-row seats to the greatest show in town: people.
They rush past as if they're all late for a meeting with destiny. They pace up and down, arguing with their mobile phones - though from the look on their faces, the phones seem to be winning.
The baker strolls by, humming a cheerful tune. Either business is good, or he finally figured out what to do with yesterday's bread.
A businessman catches his reflection in the window and straightens his tie for the fifth time. Apparently, confidence is measured in knot symmetry.
At the next table, an elderly gentleman slowly folds his newspaper with the precision of an origami master. It's the kind of careful folding that says, "I've survived enough headlines for one day."
And there I sit, coffee in hand, watching them all. They probably think they're living ordinary lives. They have no idea they're starring in today's matinee.
