They don't want A teams and B teams anymore. From the wording it sounds like they don't want customer teams either. McLaren, Williams, Haas, Alpine- All using a spec off the shelf engine a'la the DFV.
But will it work? History has shown that it can but the world has changed since 1975. In a world of highly regulated motorsport it's either got to be balanced or the manufacturers need more space to work. I don't know, that's why I make these videos...
