I love the Foo Fighters. I remember hearing their music for the first time at my friend John's house (no not the other John McLaughlin) and feelings like we were breaking some kind of rules by listening to such loud awesome music. Their song "Walking After You" was the first song I learned on guitar (thanks Jeff!).
When I started doing the Summer Covers series I knew I wanted to do some songs that weren't in the obvious lane - Elton, Billy, etc... - so I put a few Foo Fighters' songs on the list. Recording this one has only made me love this song more than I already did.
