We assure that any product that is purchased from us and/or our channel partners shall be properly documented with us and with Rolf C. Hagen Inc.
Any purchase apart from our direct or indirect association shall not be entertained against any type of warranty claim.
It is thus in the interest of the consumer to make sure the source of purchase of any and every product that is bought under the brand of Fluval is bought from Maple pets International Pvt Ltd directly or from our associates.
We make sure that every warranty concern we receive are fulfilled to the satisfaction of our consumers.
Please be aware and refrain buying of unauthorized grey market sellers since it will not protect your products with the warranty it deserves.
