Quest delivers Flexible One, a fully integrated packaging solution powered by FANUC robotics and supported by technologies from other ProMach brands. The system automates the complete packaging process, from pouch forming, filling, and sealing through robotic case packing and palletizing.
Products are formed, filled, sealed, and X-ray inspected before a FANUC M-2iA robot with iRVision identifies, orients, and collates them for packing. Then, FANUC M-20iB/35S robots load products into cases while supporting rapid SKU changeovers through automatic tool changing. Cases are verified by in-line weighing, labeled with barcode and date information, and conveyed to the palletizing area.
Finally, A FANUC M-710iC robot palletizes cases using a vacuum gripper, supported by automatic pallet dispensing and slip-sheet placement. The result is a flexible, vision-guided automation solution that improves throughput, quality and labor efficiency.
