The modifications begin as we get our new toy hauler ready for full-time travel. The lippert frames on these toy haulers are famous for cracking, twisting, and breaking. Too often, people fix it after it's broken. Today we tackle some preventive maintenance. Sadly, Lippert doesn't paint under their gussets, so they rust before they even leave the dealership. This is happening even on $80k rigs, so I thought I'd share how I fix it and prevent issues from ever happening in the first place.
