Hey everyone, it's been a long, long time (3 years to be exact), since my last video... and a lot of life has happened since. In truth, this video is largely inspired by my son. Watching him grow up, love listening to music, and dance from the pure joy of it-- reminds me again what it feels like to express uninhibited. No worry. No judgement. No care in the world.
Already, he's taught me so much about being in the present, enjoying time with each other, and dancing when you FEEL like it.
So, from moments of joy shared in our home to yours.
