Ofc these haters are next level SUBTLE cause it sounds like they’re concerned for you, sounds like the care about you when sometimes theyre actually fishing for info so they can use that to gossip about you. It’s a weird position to be in because how can you call that behaviour out? It’s too subtle. Listen to ur intuition. There’s a different way you feel when it’s a friend who actually cares about you versus some random person from the past trying to gather information about u!!
Also people might even compare themselves to you and subtly shade you for not achieving things you thought you would by now . Things like ‘remember in highschool you wanted to be a billionaire? Lol you’re taking your sweet time’ !! Ofc don’t take this video as me trying to make u fearful that ppl who genuinely are concerned about you are just haters. I’m just saying listen to language and listen to how ur body feels and whether that interaction made you feel guilty or shameful or MOTIVATED AND LOVED
